Jubilee Hotel, Bandar Seri Begawan

I booked this hotel for a brief stopover, and while it had some clean and spacious rooms, overall, I felt let down given the expectations set by its star rating. The friendly staff and guaranteed early check-in were definite highlights, but the old furniture and maintenance issues left much to be desired.

I had a pleasant stay at Jubilee Hotel. The staff was genuinely welcoming and accommodating, which made for a nice experience. The complimentary breakfast was generous, and the location was close to the central area. However, the room I initially had was a bit dingy and affected by construction noise, which was less than ideal.
